NOTE: We will only be completing all the formality with the reference to ministry of religious affairs Islamabad & will not be responsible for any delay and non-issuance of Hajj Visa by the consulate.

Makkah and Medinah hotels have only DBL Rooms so there will be extra bed for Triple/Quad room.
Our company is an approved Hajj operator including arrangements through collaborative arrangement is considered as First party. Client/Haji will be considered as second party.
First party is liable to provide all committed services to Hujjaj which is mentioned in the Brochure.
Second party is liable to make payments to first party on the time or their will be no claim valid against the first party if the payment is not being made on time.
Second party have a right to make claim against the first party if any specified service is not provided.
The first party will clear his position in front of the second party if any specified service is not provided to the second party and if claim arises then the claim will be settled with the second party for the only service which was not provided to second party. (Force majeure clause will apply)
The first party has the right to provide a better hotel or to upgrade the Haji, hajj pilgrimage to mecca for better service.
First party is only liable to provide the rooms in the hotel which is committed and no complain will be entertained for any suite or smaller or a large room is not provide to the second party.
First party has right to add or less any person in any group or in any camp in Mina, Arafat and also in the Transport.
Second party has to make full payments within the deadline otherwise the first party has the right to confiscate their passports and forfeit their money if any paid and do not allow them to proceed for Hajj until and unless dues are not clear and claim the losses.
The administrative part of Hajj travel papers will be given to the haji before their departure.
Hajj training and package administrative presentation attendance is mandatory and any complain or claim will not be entertained in case of absences.
Our package is based on flight from KHI-JED-KHI OR KHI/JED/MED-KHI Ticket including PSF.
Any "No Show" or date change penalty/charges if any will be borne by Haji.
The second party representative who is dealing on the behalf of his family/friends/group. He is responsible for all the commitment and will take care of his family/ group.
One or two nights in Makkah and Medinah can be reduced as per final itinerary.
Due to close location in Mina to Jamarat, no transport will be provided for Tawaf-e-Ziyarah on 12 Zul Hijja because of all roads are closed and Hajis are going to Makkah for Tawaf-e-Ziyarah.
All itineraries, hotel services & toilets are tentative and subject to local Saudi laws & our group operation limitations.
Our services in Mashaer days such as Tent, Accommodation, Food, Water, Transport and Bathroom are managed by mouallim by Saudi laws.
Maximum one suitcase per person is allowed during Hajj. Any excess baggage is difficult for movement of group and transportation and it will be on risk and cost of Hajji and Saudi laws. Luggage handling during Hajj the responsibility of Hujjaj. The first party will assist only the lost/stolen of baggage claim MAX USD 100 for tagged and locked suitcase only.
Aziziya building services cannot be compared with the hotel services.
Makkah similar means Abraj Tower/Jabal e Omar project closed to Haram any five-star hotel. (By the Saudi standard).
Due to extreme hot weather and limited Electric power the cooling temprature in the Tent of Mina & Arafat will not manage properly.
DISCLAIMER/FORCE MAJEURE:
Company shall not be breach of any of its obligations under this agreement to the extent that its performance is prevented, hindered or delayed by an act, event or circumstance (whether of the kind described herein or otherwise), which is not within the control of such party (herein after referred to as "FORCE MAJEURE"). Force majeure shall include but not be limited to the following:
Fire, flood, atmospheric disturbance, lighting, storm, typhoon, tornado, tsunami, earthquake, epidemic or other acts of GOD.
War, riot, blockade, insurrection, or enemies, civil disturbances terrorism and sabotage and threats of such action.
Strikes, lock-outs, or others industrial disturbances or labor disputes.
Power failure, water shortage, traffic jam.
Change of any applicable rule, regulation law or Hajj Quota, Saudi Talimaat and mouallim instruction, Covid-19 protocol which makes.
